Brewed from a plain Stone block, an unusual ingredient for a potion, and easy to assume is a typo for something else.
Splash & Lingering forms
Adding Gunpowder to any drinkable potion turns it into a Splash Potion, which shatters on impact to affect anyone caught in the radius. The duration for whoever it hits is the same as drinking the potion directly.
Adding Dragon’s Breath to a Splash Potion turns it into a Lingering Potion, which leaves behind a lasting cloud instead of an instant splash. The cloud only carries the effect for a quarter of the splash potion’s own duration.
